Rev. Chris Ayim Duodu is a Ghanaian bio-vocational minister who serves as a pastor, entrepreneur and businessman, combining his pastoral calling with secular work on the conviction that faith and enterprise can work together for community good.
He is known for a deep passion for community transformation, youth mentorship and evangelism. With a heart for the vulnerable, he has spent years ministering to children and families on the margins, holding firmly that the gospel must be seen in action through caring for others.
Academically he is grounded in commerce and business, holding a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from Gold Coast University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast, along with a Diploma in Commerce from the University of Cape Coast and a professional qualification from ICIIT, UK. That background underpins an approach to ministry in which sustainability and practical impact are key.
He currently serves as Assisting Pastor at Lighthouse Chapel International, Tesano Branch, and as Project Director for SourceOne Engineering and Logistics Ltd. In these capacities he leads initiatives focused on sustainable livelihoods, community empowerment and spiritual growth: youth mentorship and empowerment, evangelism and outreach to vulnerable groups, and bridging faith and entrepreneurship for sustainable change.
Rev. Chris is married to Lady Pearl and is blessed with two daughters, Jenelle and Jeniece. His family is central to his life and ministry, reflecting the values of love, faith and service that he preaches. His guiding philosophy is simple: others need to be cared for. He is a man who does not only preach on Sunday but creates jobs on Monday.
