Areas of focus

The Foundation concentrates its resources where they change the trajectory of a life: education that keeps a learner in school, and social intervention that meets an immediate, practical need.

01 — Education

Education is the most reliable pathway out of poverty.

The Foundation supports learners to enrol, remain in school and achieve their potential through financial and material support for students at all levels, from basic school to tertiary, and technical and vocational education.

Support is practical: it removes the specific barrier in front of a learner — fees, materials, or the cost of staying in school for another term.

  • School fees and enrolment support
  • Learning materials and resources
  • Basic, secondary and tertiary students
  • Technical and vocational education

Basic school

Fees, uniforms and learning materials so that children can start school and stay in it.

A secondary school student in a white uniform shirt with a backpack, arms folded, smiling outside his school.

Secondary

Support through the exam years, when family finances most often interrupt schooling.

Tertiary

Assistance for students in universities and colleges to complete their qualifications.

A young technician in blue overalls and a yellow hard hat holding a spanner in a workshop.

Technical & vocational

Skills-based training that leads directly to work and self-reliance.

Orphans and vulnerable children

Essential supplies and welfare support for children in care, including our support to the Perfect Relief Foundation International.

Safe and reliable water

Community borehole projects that give people dependable access to clean water — such as the borehole drilled for the Mamprobi Polyclinic.

Dignity first

Assistance is designed to meet an essential need and build greater self-reliance — not dependency.

02 — Social Intervention

Practical help, given with respect.

The Foundation provides practical assistance to vulnerable individuals, families and communities, enabling them to meet essential needs and build greater self-reliance.

Some needs are immediate — a child without supplies, a clinic without water. We respond to those needs directly, and through organisations already close to the communities they serve.

How we work

Salient partnership is written into the Foundation's mission. We work with organisations that already hold trust in their communities, so that support arrives quickly and stays accountable.

Accountable
Every cedi and every outcome is reported to beneficiaries, donors and partners.
Partner-led
Delivery through organisations close to the community, with shared standards.
Measurable
Support is tied to specific, verifiable results — a student enrolled, a borehole commissioned.
