Betty Adukwei Inkoom is an organised and dependable administrative professional with more than 14 years of experience across office administration, executive support and HR operations. She currently serves as Administrative Assistant and Personal Assistant to the Ministry Head at 633 Ministry and Foundation.

In her current role she plans and coordinates ministry programmes and events from scheduling and logistics through to on-the-day delivery, manages the founder's calendar and commitments, and keeps the organisation's documents, certificates and compliance records up to date. She also runs procurement and invoice processing, manages the ministry's social media and works with designers on programme flyers and promotional material.

Her earlier roles span HR administration at Rich Oil Company Ltd, office administration at Geovision Services Ltd and an industrial attachment at Ghana Commercial Bank. Across them she has built a record of handling confidential matters with discretion, maintaining accurate records and acting as a trusted liaison between leadership, staff and external partners.

She holds a BSc (Hons) in Human Resource Management from Data Link University College and is a trained first aider. Calm under pressure, detail-focused and a quick learner, she brings to the Board the same care and rigour she applies to the offices she runs.
